If you’re looking to Drake’s latest video for a clue as to who he is other than an amalgamation of his rap heroes you’re probably going to be disappointed.

  • Fire? Check
  • Stripper? Check
  • Contrived bravado? Check
  • Lil Wayne cameo? Check (although I do understand his appearance, I mean he is a third of the song.)

I’m trying hard to believe this guy is assisting hip hop, considering wocka flocka and momma wocka flocka are working hard to derail all progress, but this shit right here…

Still attempting to withhold judgment. I guess. Not really.

Lol, I like listening to Drake, he’s not bad.  But I can never watch any of his videos.  It’s like his white side takes over as soon as he gets on camera and he starts to trying to convince us that he really is a rapper.  A lot of his verses sound very calm when you listen to them but when you watch him spit them in the video he looks like he’s doing his best King Kong impression…I don’t understand. This dude’s an actor, right…why can’t he act normal in a video?
